1. Print-on-Demand Fulfillment

All products at suniori.com are custom-printed on demand, meaning each item is uniquely created for you after your order is placed. This personalized approach allows us to offer a wide range of designs and minimize waste.

2. Fulfillment Time

Before your order can be shipped, it needs to be produced. Our standard fulfillment time is 2-5 business days from the date your order is placed. During peak seasons, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances, fulfillment times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we craft your custom items.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight of your order, and the chosen shipping method. We offer various shipping options to meet your needs, which will be presented to you during the checkout process.

4. Estimated Shipping Times (After Fulfillment)

Please note that the shipping times below are estimates and are in addition to the 2-5 business days required for fulfillment.

  • Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days
  • International: 7-21 business days (may vary significantly depending on destination and customs processing)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched.

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple item types (e.g., a t-shirt and a mug), it is possible that these items may be fulfilled and shipped from different production facilities. This means you might receive multiple packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package if your order is split. There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.

7. Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, occasionally issues can occur.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us at support@suniori.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us immediately at support@suniori.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

9. Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment.
