At suniori.com, we stand behind the quality of our custom-printed products. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully, as it outlines how we handle returns for our unique print-on-demand items.
1. Custom-Printed Items Policy
Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you upon order, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for “buyer’s remorse” or incorrect size choices. We encourage you to carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
2. Defective Items or Printing Errors
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or has a significant printing error, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund.
To report a defective item or printing error:
- Please contact us at info@suniori.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and high-quality photos demonstrating the defect or error.
- We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for a replacement or refund. You may not be required to return the defective item.
3. Incorrect Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, wrong product type), please contact us immediately at support@suniori.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and photos of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
4. Lost Packages
If your order is lost in transit and the tracking information does not show delivery, please contact us at support@suniori.com. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and, if confirmed lost, will either reship your order or issue a full refund.
5. Refund Process
- Once your return or refund request for a defective/incorrect item is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please refer to our policy on defective items/printing errors. For all other cases, you would need to place a new order.
